He has spent almost a decade roaming around Singapore in search of the best hawker food and then publishing his mouth watering pictures and stories on his award winning blog, ieatishootipost.sg. He is now regarded as one of the best authorities on Singapore food and has appeared on numerous publications and TV shows. He is the author of four books and is an avid home cook who loves to apply modern cooking science to traditional local recipes. He lives by the adage "Never waste your calories on yucky food" and would rather go hungry then to eat an overcooked steak.
