Michael James

Michael James was a chef, cookbook author, teacher, and restaurant and hotel consultant. With Billy Cross, he founded the Great Chefs of France cooking school in the Napa Valley. He studied in France with Simone Beck and collaborated with her on New Menus from Simca's Cuisine. His magazine pieces appeared in Food & Wine.
