ARTICHOKE BOTTOMS CREATE THE PERFECT BASE FOR THESE CUPCAKES AND THE PARMA HAM, ONCE COOKED, IS DELICIOUSLY CRISPY. PEPPADEWS ADD PIQUANCY TO THE CREAMY FILLING AND GIVE IT A SOUTH AFRICAN TWIST.
