EACH MARSEILLAIS FAMILY AND RESTAURANT ARE CONVINCED THAT THEIRS IS THE AUTHENTIC DISH. THIS RECIPE IS A VERY LOOSE ADAPTATION – MORE A STEW THAN A BROTH – BUT EQUALLY DELICIOUS.
