Ingredients

  • 100 g low fat cream cheese
  • 100 g blue cheese
  • 100 g

Method

  1. Combine the 3 cheeses with the onion until well blended.
  2. Mix together the finely chopped herbs.
  3. Shape the cheese mixture into 1 large round ball or little balls, then roll the ball/s in the herbs until completely coated with the herbs.
  4. Serve on a platter with crackers or Melba toast and some sweet chilli sauce or melon preserve.
