Ingredients

  • 2–4 ripe peaches, halved and stoned
  • 4 Tbsp low-fat cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp

Method

  1. Preheat a griddle pan, place the peaches cut-side down onto the griddle and cook until just charred. Turn and repeat. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, yoghurt, honey and essence until well combined.
