WHAT A GRAND FINALE THIS MAKES! IT MAY BE A LITTLE BIT RETRO, BUT WHO WON’T LOVE TUCKING INTO THIS GOOEY CHEESE. WITH THE ADDITION OF FRUIT, HONEY AND NUTS IT’S SURE TO BE THE STAR AT ANY DINNER TABLE. AND IF YOU REALLY WANT TO MAKE A SPLASH, TOP THE LARGE CAMEMBERT WITH A SMALLER ROUND, TO CREATE A TWO-TIER CAKE.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Camembert (± 250 g)
  • 2 tsp honey, plus extra for drizzling

Method

  1. Refrigerate the Camembert in order to harden it slightly.
  2. Cut the cheese in half through the middle to create 2 thinner circles.
  3. Spread the 2 teaspoons of honey over 1 cheese-half and scatter over the chopped nuts.
  4. Place the second cheese-half on
