I find hemp butter addictive: it’s like a crunchier, earthier, healthier peanut butter, sort of. It can be used in both sweet and savoury dishes and is naturally vegan. I like to eat it while it’s still warm on sourdough toast (or rye crispbreads) drizzled with wildflower honey. And if no good honey is on hand, I have been known to douse the lot in condensed milk instead — heaven!
