Usually when you make something with yeast it’s best to eat it there and then, or at least the same day. However, these pumpkin buns are an exception. I have eaten them with great pleasure the next day and even the day after that! I think the secret may lie in the moisture the pumpkin adds to the dough and the filling, which helps to keep them soft.
