The malty mixture of ground grains and peas called kama is one of my favourite Estonian foods, because it’s so versatile — try it sprinkled over your breakfast muesli, or even as an ice-cream topping. I’ve discovered that you can achieve the same deliciousness without the peas and so, out of convenience, I now make my kama with just a mix of grains; if you would like to try the more traditional version, you can find it.
