If you have made some sourdough starter, but haven’t baked bread for a while and it’s sitting aimlessly in your fridge, you could try to wake it up and activate it, or you could just make these tasty pancake bites. You want to make sure your starter is the correct consistency first — it should be like very thick cream. If it’s too thick, just mix some tepid water into it about an hour before you start the recipe.
