Green Nettle Pelmeni Dumplings

The dumpling of choice in most of the Baltic States is probably Siberian-style pelmeni. Traditionally, these ‘little ears’ are stuffed with meat, but I wanted to update them to reflect the freshness of modern Baltic cuisine.
