  • About

A Brandy Alexander is a drink said to have been invented during the prohibition era. The same magic ingredients — cognac, cream and crème de cacao — are used in this chiffon-light pie. It was a great favourite in the 1960s and is still going strong. Try it for your next party; it can be made a day in advance, or frozen several weeks ahead of time.
