Ingredients

  • 14 cups peeled and chopped tomatoes
  • 3 cups chopped onions
  • ½ cup

Method

  1. Combine tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
  2. Add seasonings and mix well.
  3. Combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, and therm-flo.
  4. Stir well and pour over vegetables.
  5. Add vinegar and mix thoroughly.
  6. Boil for 20 minutes or until thickened.
  7. Ladle into jars and process for 20 minutes in hot-water bath.
