Mocha Flake contains almost twice as much coffee as our regular coffee ice cream. That’s because we need the extra coffee to stand up to the robust flavor of the dark chocolate. But watch out: It also means there’s a lot of caffeine per scoop! It’s a real pick-meup. Also, we add bits of dark chocolate flakes at the end to give the ice cream a slightly chewy texture and an added hit of flavor.
