  • 20 small pearl onions, blanched and peeled

Method

At Christmas, Brussels sprouts cooked in boiling water and tossed with butter are enjoyable enough but rather uninspiring. This recipe is a more interesting way of preparing them, combining tiny Brussels with sweet onions and a dusting of fresh Parmesan.
