These are wonderful for breakfast or just as a snack. You can use pretty much any fruit you like. My kids love these and like to see a wedge of the fruit on the top of their smoothie glass. Use a nice creamy natural yoghurt and make sure your fruit is ripe and cold before you make these.
Blend all the ingredients until very smooth and frothy, and add more honey or maple syrup if you prefer your smoothie sweeter.
