These jam-filled pastries are a breeze to make and a pleasure to eat. Serve for dessert with a scoop of ice cream, or for breakfast with an assortment of pastries. You can use any flavor of jam you like, or, try replacing 1 Tbsp of the jam filling with cream cheese.
