The combination of lamb and mint jelly is a classic one. In this updated version, the buns for juicy lamb burgers are slathered with mint jelly and creamy yogurt sauce. Pile the burgers with pickled onions and any other toppings, such as tomato slices, lettuce, or feta cheese.
