Cheese and Chicharrón Board

A charcuterie board at a carne asada is out of place, but a board piled high with crunchy chicharrón and all your favorite quesos sets the stage for the rest of the party. This recipe is inspired by my father’s go-to snack whenever he has visitas (company): roughly chopped quesillo cubes on a plate topped with a can of jalapeños with plenty of its brine, too.
