L.A. Streets Dog

In Los Angeles, asada tacos and bacon-wrapped hot dogs exist side by side during the late hours to sober you up after a wild night out. They satisfy your cravings when everything else is closed or seemingly too far away and you just need a little something before you go to sleep. This is my tribute to that L.A. street classic. For the full effect, buy a squeeze bottle to fill with mayonnaise and squiggle it over the hot dog, along with the ketchup and mustard. The trick with cooking bacon-w
