Many of us grow up eating this Mexican-style red rice with so many dishes. It is a classic side dish that rounds out a carne asada menu. It may look unassuming, but mastering rice takes practice. The more you make it, the more al dente and fluffy you can get it to be. It’s all about the ratio of rice to liquid and taking the time to simmer it.
