Ripe cantaloupe, when in season, is one of the best fruits on the planet. The texture is so juicy and satisfying, and the flavor is somewhere between honey and vanilla. This agua fresca with piloncillo—unrefined brown sugar that is usually sold in a cone-shaped block—brings out cantaloupe’s naturally sweet and floral flavors even more.
