No beverage goes better with grilled meat, tortillas, and salsa than sweet and cinnamony horchata. Don’t ask us how or why; the combination just works. In this variation, the flavor and smell of toasted field corn (the kind of non-sweet dried corn that is used to make tortillas) have to be one of the best things in the world. When blended with rice, the toasted corn adds another layer of milky and refreshing goodness.
