This spicy margarita is usually made with muddled jalapeño or jalapeño syrup, so we decided why not grill the fresh green chile first? The result is a cocktail that holds its own against all the tacos you will eat at the carne asada. We use serranos for their sharp flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 small serrano chile, stems removed and sliced
  • 8 ounces (240 ml) tequila blanco
