If you only served one batched cocktail at a carne asada, this one would be a strong contender. It’s just the thing if you are a person who doesn’t like your cocktails too sweet and instead prefers a little bit of bitterness in your life.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces (480 ml) grapefruit juice, preferably freshly squeezed

Method

In a pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, tequila, and mezcal. Stir well to combine.

When ready to serve, rim a glass with chile-lime salt, fill with ice, and pour about 4 ounces per cup.
