Come the hot weather, chamoy on everything is pretty much how we roll in our household. We drizzle this sweet and sour sauce on sliced mangoes, on micheladas, and use it in these orange paletas—Mexican ice pops—that work great as a palate cleanser after a meal.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (720 ml) filtered water
  • ½ cup (100

Method

Blend the water and sugar in a blender until the sugar has completely dissolved. Mix in the orange juice, lemon juice, and chopped orange bits.

Pour the orange base into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight.

The next day, remove the popsicles from their molds, one at a time, and set aside on a plate. Add about 1 tablespoon chamoy to the bottom of each mold and return the frozen pale
