The classic Turkish-Russian dish Circassian chicken consists of cooked chicken in a dense sauce of ground nuts, bread, and onions, usually served at room temperature. It has great flavor but is pretty heavy and rich. My dilemma: I love the tastes of the dish but I don’t love the textures. The solution: Americans love pasta. And Russians love noodles. So why not turn this into a pasta dish that combines the best of both worlds? To lighten this even further, dilute the cream with chicken stoc
