New potatoes are sweet and have a wonderful texture when combined with pasta. Tomato chunks or sun-dried tomato strips would also be a fine addition. So would scallops. As a matter of fact you could make this without the tuna and enjoy every bite.

Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 small new potatoes (creamers, reds, or yellow Finnish)
  • 6 tablespoons (or as needed) mild olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground
