  • About

Inspired by our British friends Johdi and Rico, we turned their favorite “bangers and mash” into a savory breakfast hand pie. Bangers and mash is a funny British name for sausage and mashed potatoes (and usually mushy peas). Here the sausage is ground and mixed with diced sweet potato into a hash and stuffed into our flaky piecrust. These can be assembled the day before and baked first thing in the morning.
