This is an easy-peasy piecrust that is simply pressed into the pan. It’s buttery and flaky, yet no rolling is required.


  • cups unbleached (all-purpose) flour

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt. Slowly drizzle in the butter and stir with a fork until the mixture looks evenly moist and crumbly.
