Grilling is one of our favorite things to do on summer weekends. We often start by making this easy dough (no mixer required) that bakes into tender, buttery buns. The buns are perfect with juicy hamburgers or pulled smoked pork, dripping in barbecue sauce. The cornmeal adds a lovely yellow hue, a touch of sweetness, and a bit of crunch for just the right texture.
