The baby cake is one of the bakery’s signature desserts; it’s a sweet little party cake meant to be enjoyed by one special person for dessert (and perhaps a snack the next day).

We inherited our baby cake pans from our mentor, Jane Thompson, who made these cakes at Mondo Bakery in Atlanta, but we put our own spin on her idea.
