These cupcakes are great for celebrating a birthday–and they’re not just for kids. Filled with sprinkles, they are light and fluffy and topped with a classic buttercream frosting made with confectioners’ sugar and butter. If you have a sweet craving, these cupcakes are sure to give you a fix.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 5 large egg whites
  • 2 teaspoons pure vani

Method

Position a rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 350°F. Line 24 cupcake cups with paper liners.

In a large measuring cup or a small bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of the m
