Saturday night is our time for pizza. We mix the dough the night before and refrigerate it until we’re ready to use it; refrigerating the dough overnight allows it to develop great flavor, and it gives you the opportunity to plan ahead too. Making pizza for the family is fun, and having the option to customize your own toppings is even more fun.
