Spiced honey is one of my favorite condiments. I serve it with cream cheese and crackers, baked brie, and baguettes; I pour it on chicken wings to give them a kick. Follow the amounts exactly to make a pleasantly spicy honey, or increase the cayenne to make it as hot as you like. Be sure to use your favorite local honey too. We get ours from our friend Brandon’s folks’ farm in Tylertown, Mississippi.
