Mix this into tomato juice for the base of a Bloody Mary or use it as a seasoning for seafood and chicken.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup (55 g) plus 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground cayenne

Method

In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients until combined. Transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid and store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
