Like the name states, it’s perfect on any poultry, which, as you know, includes turkey and duck, too!


  • ¼ cup (50 g) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  • tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder


In a small bowl, stir together all the ingredients until combined. Transfer to a container with a tight-fitting lid and store in a cool, dark place for up to 6 months.
