What do you get when you mix elderflower liqueur, with its honey, floral flavor, with smoky bacon and molasses and crisp sparkling wine? You get this cocktail, and trust me when I say it is delicious. This is one of the best-selling cocktails at the restaurant.
Fill a white wine glass with ice. Add the bourbon, St. Germain, syrup, and molasses and stir briskly to combine. Top off with sparkling wine. Garnish with the bacon and mint.
