About

The original Old Fashioned contained just whiskey, sugar, bitters, and water. No offense, but BarBacon’s version is so much better and more complex, with a triple dose of smoke from the bourbon, maple syrup, and bacon. Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself.

2 ounces (60 ml) bacon-infused bourbon
½ ounce

Method

Combine the bourbon, maple syrup, orange bitters, and aromatic bitters in a cocktail shaker and stir for a few seconds. Fill a glass with ice and pour the mixture over. Garnish with the bacon, rosemary, and orange slice.
