  • About

The Bloody Mary is the quintessential breakfast or brunch cocktail, and with tomato juice and bacon it is also a nutritious one (well, in my opinion). This obviously is great to drink with egg dishes, but this savory cocktail goes well with sandwiches and tacos, too.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (960 ml) freshly pressed store-bought tomato juice
  • ¾ cup (180

Method

Mix together the tomato juice, vodka, horseradish, hot sauce, celery salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 48 hours.

Pour into tall glasses, over ice (if desired), and garnish each glass with a strip of bacon, green olives, a pickle spear, and a slice of lemon.
