  • About

White Russians are usually made with heavy cream, but with the slightly fatty taste of the bacon, milk will do just fine. To make a Bacon Black Russian, don’t add the milk; instead, double the amount of bacon vodka you use.

Ingredients

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 ounces (60 ml) whole milk
  • 1 ounce

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the milk, Kahlúa, and vodka, put the lid on, and shake for 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass filled with ice and garnish with the orange peel.
