This recipe is so easy. I just toss our bread and butter pickles into a food processor and pulse a few times for a quick pickle relish. Our house-made B&B pickles are great served as slices on a burger or chopped up and slathered on a hot dog.

Drain the pickles, reserving the pickling liquid, and put the pickles in a food processor. Pulse a few times until coarsely chopped. Add a few tablespoons of the liquid and pulse again until you reach the texture of pickle relish.
