This is not your ice cream shop’s run-of-the-mill milkshake. Candied bacon, maple syrup, and smoky bacon-infused bourbon take plain vanilla ice cream and turn it into an adults-only libation that is not for the faint of heart. Add a chocolate-covered slice for extra indulgence.

  • ¼ cup (60 ml) whole milk
  • ¼ cup (60 ml

Method

In a blender, combine the milk, maple syrup, nutmeg, and 3 slices of the bacon and blend until smooth, about 10 seconds.

Add the ice cream and blend until smooth and thick. Transfer to a tall glass, float the bourbon on top, and add a dollop of whipped cream. Garnish with the remaining choppe
