This one takes its inspiration from the Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie. Generous in size and proportions, it’s really popular in the bakery; there’s no scrimping on the base, the chocolate or the caramel! It’s a special-occasion kind of treat and definitely not something you’d bake every day.
