This is another great recipe to have up your sleeve. It’s super simple and quick to make with a lovely treacly flavour and a beautiful shine to it. We use it to glaze and fill our Sticky Toffee Layer and to top the Sticky Toffee Pecan Slice. You can of course drizzle it over ice cream, make sundaes with it and use it like a fondue too.
The quantity below makes enough for either of the cakes above, but you can
