These are so satisfying to make! They are light, fluffy and not at all sweet but for all their lightness they are robust enough to hold up to Bad Girl-sized burgers and sliders really well. They make excellent sandwiches, and are also lovely filled with ice cream and our Brown Sugar Glaze. Huge thanks to Graeme Ayton of Scottish Bakers for all his brioche advice.

This recipe worked out really well. Great taste.

These are just excellent. The dough is quite sticky after the addition of the butter, but once it has had its time in the fridge is easy to work with. Beautiful colour and crumb. I made smaller rolls for sliders and will be making another batch soon.
