Crumble Topping

  • ½ cup plus 1 Tbsp [115 g] brown sugar, packed

Method

Make the Crumble Topping

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F [180°C]. Coat a 9 in [23 cm] springform pan or a 9 by 2 in [23 by 5 cm] round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.

2. In a small mixing bowl, add the brown sugar, flour,
