Why make just one truffle flavor when you can make three? We couldn’t decide which truffle flavor we wanted to be part of the book, so we decided to include our top three. Each of these truffles has a snappy chocolate exterior and a melt-in-your-mouth ganache center. With a little chocolate tempering skill, you can make these truffles quite easily and impress your friends and family with a great homemade holiday gift.
