An American import, white chocolate blondies are growing in popularity all the time. I have left these plain and simple (but still full of flavour) so if you fancy it, go ahead and dress them up with ingredients such as white chocolate chips or nuts.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan 170°C/375°F/gas 5) and line the baking tin with baking parchment. I make sure there is extra baking parchment hanging over the edges – this makes it easier to pull out the blondies when they are baked.
